Agree with you that it does look like its being manipulated down to around the 21-20c range, I am camped out there at 21c with a buy order in due to the quality of the asset and ridiculous valuation at the moment. The question will really be once it goes down to that level, how long will it be kept there before the inevitable opportunistic takeover happens.
Been through this process with AVB before, but this is just a better quality asset than anything AVB had and the WAF share price seems anomalously immune to the effect of finding more ounces of gold or the price of gold.
