Why would there be an "offtake agreement for 1.25 million ounces at the prevailing spot price which is subjected to an agreed quotation period"
What and why is there "an agreed quotation period"for prevailing spot.
Is someone trying to secure the supply of gold bullion in case they can't find it elsewhere?
