Am I right in thinking that WAF has an E/V now of approx $125m?? With reserves of 1.6m ounces? And probably another 150k to be added soon.
So... $71 an ounce of reserves, and as the leaders of the market keep barking on about, its margin that counts, and WAFs project will have some of the best in its initial years.
I have added to my position today because in the end, its all about the asset, and the asset as far as I can tell, is a Tier one, or will be very close, going from NSTs definition of Tier 1 anyway.
Sure its disappointing to see the share price struggling, but that is just short term noise, although I wonder if it will get down to the $0.20 which seems to be the bottom for the last 3 years.
I feel @Wealth888 analogy of AVB is an apt one.
Its going to be interesting to see how this plays out.
