It's not just the low share price, it's the two new substantial holder notices that were lodged representing tens and tens of millions of shares purchased on market or via "cash considerations" during a period of share price decline (I've gone through this in detail in previous posts). This is a low volume stock so how on earth do you accumulate so much stock with out causing the price to rise? Manipulation IMO. My hawkeye volume charts have also shown predominant churn over this period, not predominant selling volume.
We all see what we see in markets and that's what I am seeing/have seen. You and others might see something else. Also the value is not the same as it once was, the share confetti give away was accompanied by a value give away to the incoming shareholders. When I talk about the potential of a low ball TO offer now, it's low ball on price but not as low ball in terms of value anymore.Esh
