Well if they wanted more retail shareholders (and their money) it would be best to wait until a week before the closing date of the placement and then announce something big. This would stop the big boys playing games pushing down the SP so the placement fails. While they can't hold back market sensitive news, they can plan their work so news is due at the ideal time.
I expect we will get some very good news close to the closing date of the placement.
Well if they wanted more retail shareholders (and their money)...
