The reason Richard gave for the share price weakness just doesn't add up.
Even the most bombed out minnows are starting to move higher as WAF languishes in the doldrums and may be even moving lower.
The only conclusion I can come to is that a major institution is pushing the share price lower to dissuade holders from participating in the cap raise so the same institution can then hoover up the shortfall.
We'll soon find out because if the share price starts to move higher once the offer is finalized then we will have our answer.
