Just got off the phone with Richard Hyde.
The offtaker is Taurus which I didn't realize.Its all part of the finance package.
It goes some way to relieving me about a takeover and explains the lack of hedging.
It may in fact be a poison pill to prevent a take over,intentional or not.It would depend on how the contract with Taurus is worded.
According to Richard the project is ahead of schedule and is upbeat about the job ahead of the company (shouldn't be any surprise there).
My gut feel after talking to him is He seems okay.His manner was level all the way through and he didn't strike me as being shifty,arrogant,pompous,ignorant or indifferent.
To say he's a decent bloke is a bit beyond my knowledge but I'm more comfortable after talking to him than I was before
He had no real answer for the share price weakness but made an attempt to connect it to the bombed out Canadian market.
We'll just have to see how she goes.
