Hi no-idea2016,

I feel bad not being able to help you with the incisive reply you are seeking, my knowledge of the Sands game is very limited and I am in SFX based on a far more shallow and naive.

I do note that there seem a couple of relevant issues not included in your list - probably left out on purpose, but are very relevant IMO;

1) Life of mine potential
2) Significant proportion of capex funded by debt
3) Obvious reduction in potential dilution for holders as a result of #2
4) Very fast repayment of debt potential
5) Large open areas in Thunderbird, plus other tenements for future development
6) Potentially very appealing TO target - likely on significant premium to current SP

I am not suggesting that SFX is a better prospect than STA on any of these points and I do understand that these may be more peripheral issues not related to your field of research, but just in case......
