Just remember that 50 year mine life typically means at least 7 industry cycles. We know SFX can make money at +$1,300/tn zircon prices at the top of the cycle, but what about at ~$800/tn like we saw in 2001, 2009 and 2016 ?
Kenmare also has a 100 year mine life, but that didn't stop it from almost being bankrupted twice in the last 10 years.
