i undersand your thinking and it would be wonderful if it happened..but...it has little to do with blz and everything to do with bhp developing the mine...and bhp would be very nervous regarding government direction on uranium mining.
$4000 still is a large gamble to bet on a company when the company itself doesn't have its own future in it own hands.
