Recent M&A and JV activity between copper juniors and majors suggests long term outlook for copper is strongly bullish. Eg. RIO / S32 / SFR have all pulled the trigger in this space. Their outlook is not just based on daily SP movements or short term base metal prices. They understand such projects takes years to develop and need to secure the resource regardless of price.
