Van..if it wasnt for this "WhiteKnight" your shares would now be completely worthless as the company would be being wound up ...as a shareholder...you are at the bottom of the list when it comes to the distribution of any remaining $ after all creditors have been paid, so you would get $0.

While the company is still operating, you have two options IMO - please note, this is not advice!

1) Sell all your shares
2) Hold your shares and have faith in the new Board and hope to christ they are successful

For Eshuys and DGO and Forrest and Metal Group to make any decent money out of this whatesoever, they are going to have to signifcantly turn around this piece of rubbish company that YOU INVESTED IN.
