I won't rule VXR out yet. This quarter is when it will cross the finishing line. There just aren't that many development ready projects out there. E.g. CHN (chairman's ex-company) had to refund $10M to shareholders, plus heaps of M&A activity between producers and juniors.

While it would be nice for VXR SP to rocket up like VRX, I would much rather it re-rate for real than for it to spike and then fall just as rapidly. If it is too good to be true, most likely it is.
