Some breadcrumbs from from the the annual report regarding timing:

Comments from the EPA on the Environmental Review Document were received in September 2018 and focused on additional information regarding the project build. Venturex is currently in the process of responding to these requests.

Project approvals are also nearing completion, with the Sulphur Springs Environmental Review Document submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the final assessment expected to be completed before the end of the calendar year.

The key advancement in the Sulphur Springs project has been the development of a Definitive Feasibility Study which is due for completion at the start of Q4 CY2018.
