    What it says is that VRLPA holders get the first 50c of assets before VRL! an so on!

    Please go to www.villageroadshow.com.au/ then go to types of shares and it will explain it in detail!

    you will soon understand that the only negative of VRLPA is they have no votiing rights and thats it!
