re: vrc sells 10m vrl agree it's a "interest"ing development..

VRC may in fact need to raise some cash to satisfy the Interest payments due on loans against their stake. I believe the amount raised by the Sales on 10M shares is roughly 18mth - 2 years of this interest cost, and that is how long the dividend has been missing.

methinks VRC is more comfortable in making the sale now, that they can stay above 51% even with the sale (would not have been the case previously)

Still a lot to buy and not a lot of liquidity in the stock now..

another question, where have all the Boswells gone long time passing (2 weeks anyway)..
