Thanks for all the comments - I think what I am going to do is take the advice offered in the ARF today and sell around 18th May following the Matrix release - should be loads of hype and huge viewing numbers.
I may look at buying back in at lower prices towards the end of June as the hype falls off and tax selling takes place and get set for the next round of film releases if Matrix has gone well (I think there is a further one due out in September -- seems quick ??)
Re dividends - I think the prefs already have no divi priced in - if they do pay one I think it's only upside
