i dont think NTA will fall much lower than where it is now, remember they are using the rent to pay down debt.

what i want to know is where the hell is the review they have been doing for the last 12 months.

i think it might be time for the unit holders to lodge a complaint with ASIC about non-disclosure. its ok for these guys to keep getting their fees in cash, what they should be doing is taking the fee as units at NTA.

my suggestion is for unit holders to also keep bombarding the clowns running this in the hope they tell us what is going on.
