    VPE trading at 38c - breakout - I was expecting some migration of profits from VPE towards ITC given the ratio at 38c to 5.5c is nearly 7:1. Perhaps VPE nearer 40c we will see a little more ITC buyer interest accordingly.

    Good news for VPE holders ... and ITC innevitably ... IMO
