As you say so many different possibilities. I should also add that many oil explores have a difficult time getting enthusiastic over CSG.
For myself I would not ever swap a proven oil producer for the pipe dream of CSG.
So I can not see ES and other agreeing to a deal with just shares, I would want cold hard cash.
