That is my thoughts, the new boys are dreaming of big big enormous returns from CSG, good luck to them.
Hence the Western Fairway is a total waste of there limited time and a distraction (why the move to Queensland for otherwise), give them a reasonable price and its all yours. Would have to be mostly cash plus a few trade-able share to fly.
