Jess your posts re ITC are quite thorough and very good. In your opinion do you think VPE will offer script to ITC shareholders or coud they try and get rid us quickly with a cash offer? Personally I would prefer ITC hang on themselves i think there woud be better updise for us stock holders but as a second choice I would like script in VPE or the new entitiy if they choose that avenue because it give people the option to cash out totally or hang on and see this through. I think you last guess was 3.5 ITC for 1 VPE at curreent levels?
