    In my opinion there should measures in place to prevent companies like this changing their name willy nilly. They should be forced to justify the change of name.

    It seems all to common to create a trail and kaos and financial destruction then simply change your name hoping to leave the reputation behind and suck in new punters who are unaware of the past.
