I think the problem here is that there are nearly 3.8 Billion shares.
Even with a consolidation of 50/1 there will still be just under 80 Million.
They will then need to re-finance the company, which means of course, selling more shares. So the number of shares will start to climb again to several hundred million.
I cannot imagine that they will be in the same business anyway as that has all been sold off to recover some money for creditors They may have said what they will be doing but I cannot be bothered reading through to find out if they say what it is that the company will do. It will basically be, I assume, just a shell after consolidation.
I was in the process of calling my broker to dump my shares the morning they went into administration.
