My unqualified opinion is that the fuel cell side of the business is finished but, there are moves afoot to consolidate the number of shares on the register to a more realistic number in order to restart the business as a new identity in another field.
That new field could be Tech, Mining, Finance or any thing that they feel they can make a go of.
As a shareholder it is likely you will have shares in the new identity however, it is also likely that we will all suffer a huge reduction in the number of shares held, as I think that the consolidation is in the order of one new share for every fifty you already hold. ( 50/1 )
The company is not yet dead but it is bloody sick.
