Yep at 1.07pm someone just dumped 400k. Be surprised if it were Pattersons. Given 4 x 1.5M trades prior to market opening a couple weeks back & other large trades in the interim. I imagine they would already be out.
The options that management are seeking are priced @ 135% of the price on the day prior to issue. So if there were ever an incentive for someone to try & keep the price down that would certainly be a good one.
If this company had a much more open register then IMO management would have already been replaced. Someone would have bought a controlling 19.9% position & turfed out the incumbents.
Personally i would like to see Josh Pitt take control & get this thing moving.
