Wonderful that you're in Brisbane at the AGM tomorrow to pay attention to the nonverbal cues -- I doubt the execs are going to be explicit about some of the stuff we're speculating on, even if true.

The whole RBS and Rob Douglas thing is curious, and possibly more significant as you are pondering. Douglas is known for raising equity (e.g. Maverick), not for selling Texas land.

Also note agent's post today that RBS clients are getting the word that "the sale" is going fine (not sure if EF or TXN overall, though).
