I have no issue with the term "leakers". It's perfectly acceptable and appropriate to use light hearted humour to address and promote discussion about what is essentially a very embarrassing and socially isolating condition. If it makes women feel more comfortable about talking to each other (because they can laugh about it) it takes away the stigma, eventually leading to feeling more comfortable talking to a GP about it.
