Thanks Peter...if I had 400k in this company I might feel differently....but I'd rather see it go down the gurglar than go along with this ridiculous scheme...I think the potential for Saville to renegotiate the debt...or someone else to come along and do it for him...is probably higher than seeing a decent return on the restructured entity in a possible litigation win. Sent my no votes....
