The voting closes over the weekend, so we need to do it now before we old blokes forget! The ladies usually never forget! - it's just us blokes).

I selected the Chairman as my Proxy. One needs to ensure that one directs the Chairman how to vote my shares as I require. (I needed to select a Proxy to vote my shares, as I am not expecting to go to the meeting in person.)

So I made sure I ticked the box AGAINST the resolution. That way the Chairman must vote my shares Against the Resolution. I thought that was important!
