It will however be interesting to see how Galaxy presents the Sal De Vida DFS now this is happening.
I don't understand why GMM didn't go down the path of a 30% buy in for Sal De Vida if that's what the management wanted.
At the moment Michael Fotios and Galaxy's shares in GMM would be voting Yes. -That is just under 10% of the company so I am not sure if this deal will have the chance to fall through.
