I agree with your comments Saracen10 re: Silvergate tryinging to contol the company with out paying a premium for it. It is obvious that despite the smiles and handshakes after the last requistioned meeting, the relationship between CAP management and Silvergate has never recovered.
I don't recall seeing a change in substantial notice from Silvergate recently, and nothing from Mr C Yue. With the current iron ore market depressed, I would be surprised if anyother shareholder of substance has recently built up a stake in CAP.
The sadest thing is if Silvergate launched a take over at 10c a share, they woud probably be successful. CAP was above 90c per share a few years ago and what we know about what is in the ground has only gotten better.
So, what has changed Silvergate?
