    They have, from the beginning been trying to control this company without paying a premium for it or for that matter any money. Everyone should completely vote no to these burglars.
    Lord knows how the incumbent board has been able to operate with these less than credible blowins from where ever.
    Shareholders please don't vote for any removal of directors with exception of Silvergate directors or alternatives.
    Hawsons is a great new iron ore project in a very bad iron ore market which will one day turn for the better. It wouldn't make any difference who ran it now so lets not give control to a group who will likely run the company down into the ground then scoop up the company for a penny.
