invest007, fair points mate (I admit I did not acknowledge Gary's contribution in getting isoft to its peak before debt crippled it) and marcelequity's proposal looks much better than what we have going with KIT.
I just wanted to point out that like most people, they have good and bad points, yes he did take it far but he was there when it came down heavily as well.
It is like OZL, shareholders forget about all the good work Owen Hegarty did to build the company because he was there when the GFC hit and OZL was nearly sold for a pittance.
I like Owen and from your notes, it sounds like Gary is similar, if so, then he should do a good job if marcelequity gains control :)
