You seem to have some valid points, but not sure Gary Cohen is the right person.

From memory, he presided over significant share destruction of ISF which then got taken over for quite a low offer IMO.

This may have been due to an aggressive acquisition strategy which came undone with the GFC, not certain about this but I think we need someone who has runs in turning around basket cases a la Mike Wilkins for IAG, Mark Hopper for Sigma etc.

I don't know too much about IT but does anyone here know someone who has IT experience and has turned companies around from the doldrums because IMO that is who we need now.
