Vote NO to all resolutions!

Dear IRL Shareholders

I urge all shareholders to VOTE NO to all resolutions.

This will definitely send a strong message to IRL management and directors for their incompetence and general stupidity.

We DO NOT want dilution and further dilution in shareholder value.

We DO NOT want Resource Capital Funds to take over the Aravalli project and earn $millions if not $BILLIONS from it whilst kicking us into the dust!

We DO NOT want to be treated like idiots.

We DO NOT want IRL to get screwed like they did with LA JOLLA and CHIMAERA.

Remember, Resource Capital Funds is only in this to make a killing for themselves and they will do so by continuously diluting the crap out of every existing and future shareholder until they get majority if not full ownership of Aravalli. They will then throw us to the dogs.

I therefore urge you all to VOTE NO TO ALL RESOLUTIONS
