I'm with you Speccy - the amount of money being spent on management of a company which is obviously just sitting back & waiting to be told what is going on via announcements to market from SXY on their only asset (mind you), cannot & should not justify the board numbers & high salary being paid to the Managing Director.

I will be voting "No" & I ask all shareholders to at least do their own research & take the time to vote in whatever manner they feel does justice to their holding in PGS...
