The Banks own the properties,not the receiver.Banks will decide how the properties will be marketed:they will not be firesaled because they don't have to.(if you held the titles,would you?).To believe you will pick up these assets for a song really is dreaming.With your 'plan',who looks after the trees?You do not own the realestate now,so why would you want to buy it and still have to pay someone (maybe GNS !) to manage the trees etc?
Many tree owners on this thread need a reality check:otherwise they will lose the lot.
