    From the Explanatory Statement in the Notice of General Meeting:

    Messrs Hamish Bohannan, Craig Munro and Andrew Wilson, the Company’s Managing Director, Chairman and Non-Executive Director respectively, have requested to subscribe for Shares to the value of up to $20,000 each. Any such issue will be on the same terms as per Resolution 1.

    Emphasis on the words "up to", I suppose.
