We as shareholders have stamped up funds twice to drill the UK field to improve production rates.

I spoke with Ken during the last Capital raising process and he assured us that the drilling was a formality and I was under the impression that he would be taking up his rights.

I was dismayed to see he not only did not take up his rights but in the latest quarterly we have been told that the funds after being raised for that purpose twice are no longer there for this drilling.


$742,000 for administration in the last quarter - what for?
