I will have the funds for any SPP next yr & can't wait.

If SPP drops to .25cents, then I will be able to subscribe for 1:1 or 1:2 (whatever) @.20cents mid next yr.

These directors failed to give us the truths. Too many to mention & we know what they are. In 1 yrs time I can see LLC patting themselves on the back how they conned us.
What about the $$ coming from PTN, What about DMF, what about this & that.

Then be it 2011 or 2012 I will sit pretty with dividends & a truer value of my LLP.

The first offer should have been a premium to .35cents.(say .41cents) then increase it to .45 cents.
This is cheap entry to real estate.
