Lend Lease have today announced that the offer consideration will be increased to 35 cents and is FINAL. This means under the "truth in takeovers rule" that it can't be increased.

While i believe it was probably worth 38c plus, its not worth hanging around as a higher offer won't eventuate - better to take the money and move on to something else.

Accordingly, I will be changing my vote TODAY in favour of the Scheme and urge you all to follow suit.
