I wouldn't be so quick to 'credit' this 'grand master move' to Bolton. Bolton Snr. perhaps, but Nick? highly unlikely. I don't think he has the brains, and money to pull this off. Rich kid with a couple of millions of daddy's money as capital of his company. I'd say it's the man that EARNED those millions that was behind this.
The option move was also his dad's, as the papers said.
