I agree with HC44. I have always wondered why holders don't transfer their shares to someone who simply doesn't care if they are bankrupted. It seems like another reason why partly paid shares are a bad idea. What is there to stop people from doing that? And are you allowed to give someone money to take shares off you? Maybe thats a stupid question.
