Voting for this mob is a vote of confidence & acceptance for OKAP and its dubious financing arrangements, payment of high management fees , corporate ownership/control distortion through numerous CRs & consolidations,and non accountability to all interested parties except themselves regarding performance measurement & financial management.
This group recycles investors (old for new) until there is no one to bleed . There victims are the unweary & trusting . All investors particularly NEW need to DYOR. They are great on the sales pitch and explaining away poor performance which is why they have lasted so long, but judge them on performance outcomes (benefit to shareholders) and the mind boggles in disbelief that they are still there. I only hope others will realise & act now , no matter how small their holding, together we can make some difference through this vote to stop this theft/transfer of value. GLTA .
