unfortunately thats what outside investors see, a game. mr.stroud and his accountant against everyone else, hardly a healthy investment, call republic group if you don't believe me, they will give you their opinion of our dear leader.
serious investors won't invest in childish games, thats why the stock is up only 3 cents since receiving 23 million CLR shares, trades at 30% book value and has had no (zero)trading volume (apart from the directors) for six months. the market doesn't trust mr.stroud because of these "games".
you can't con people into thinking we are a serious player by releasing announcements on the day of the AGM, that info should have been released immediately, as should the sale of any CLR shares, but when did these two guys care about corporate governance???
