    TAB is $4.91, Tatts is $4.36

    After the merge Tatts shares will be $4.91 x ,82 + .20 = $4.22

    Seems a wise move to sell TTS now but I seem to recall a special 20 cent dividend will be paid on top of this, can someone enlighten me please.
