Whom ever gets the IP will no doubt go to some type of liscensing agreement with other company's that are making micro/macro fuel cells now, and large concerns at that, like panasonic. Then with the IP from CDU they will be able to mass produce better products than they currently do.

Having a piece of that action via royalties will be worth a fortune over time.
