Paps I am sorry to hear of your large loss, as I am for other holders. While I did not lose as much as you OMI was a large part of my current holdings. I had completely underestimated the risk of this court case and hold the company to blame for this (along with myself). While I think previous highs of $4 was a joke, I really thought that the corner had turned, sales were going well and the last quarter showed positive cash flow (not including court costs), enough for me to put more hard earned into the last share purchase plan.
I will still be interested to hear further about the patent infringement and whether the company had in fact done the wrong thing, if this is the case then there will be plenty more heard. Remaining assets will probably be a cheap pickup for some lucky co now that the administrators are on board.
