It could be a long holder switching stock to another account.

If it is short covering then there is something stinky about this. Who was holds/buys stock to sell it to shorters to cover at the bottom of the market. Someone needs to be holding 34m shares and wanting to sell them, but not appreciating the buyer is trying to cover shorts. Unlikely unless the buyer and seller are related.

It could be another share loan where 34m shares are lent (sold) to shorters for another attack on the stock.
